Seated Exercise class – everyone’s invited and it’s lead by our exercise Guru, Kerstin Awang.
Come along for the exercise & the lively banter that takes place. You’ll enjoy it.
Recently, Kerstin, the instructor introduced the Laughing Policeman song recently as it was a good one where everyone could laugh & sing & if possible stand & show their actions.
There is disabled parking on the street outside and some limited spaces at the centre.
